  1. It’s important to the elderly and vulnerable to stay warm and to have efficient heating systems. It should not be a choice between heat or eat. There are energy efficiency schemes available which should be used by the people who need it most. Applying takes two minutes online, and if eligible a new A rated boiler can be fitted free of charge.
