Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the M3 today (Wednesday 30 July).
A Ford Ka, Ford Mondeo and Hyundai were involved in a collision between junctions 1 and 2 on the northbound carriageway at 1.24pm.
The driver of the Ka was airlifted to St George’s Hospital in London with serious injuries, while the two occupants in the Mondeo were taken to St George’s by road with what are believed to be minor injuries.
Junction 2 of the M3 with the M25 is currently closed and is expected to be so for several hours.
